“…After 20 years of working in the caravan and motor home industry, I could not understand why the customers of the so-called “experts” where blatantly lied to and over-charged for work that was done to their caravans and motor homes. I could see a need for help for the “Aussie Battler”. With this in mind, we thought we would build our own repair service from the ground up.
We’re not going to go on about specialising in this and that because honestly, it is unnecessary. Instead, we will say that at the end of the job, the customer will be more than satisfied with the quality, price and service. We are a small Family business that takes pride in the work we do and getting to know our customers is a great bonus. Listening to their stories about travel and life also helps us and our business. So at the end of the day, everyone is happy – we get to do the work we love and meet some of the most interesting people & the customer is happy because their beloved 2nd home or even there only home has been repaired with quality service & parts.
Not only do we have hands-on experience on all types of caravan repairs, caravan maintenance, caravan modifications, caravan products and custom-building on your get-away machine, I have also been camping, caravanning, camper vanning and yes, motor-homing, for over 26 years. Hence, we can understand what has to be done to make it last. In the years of work and play, we have gained extensive experience in all aspects of building and repairs, also informing the customer on the correct maintenance and use of their joy machine.
So yes, we can build and fit whatever it is the customer needs. We’re not here to tell you what to do or what to fit, but we can give you advice on what you may need and how we can do the job. Because we are a small family business, we can offer our experience and quality workmanship. With low overheads, it also means you the customer get quality work at an affordable price.
